Updates: Due to the high demand for the event, SMU has decided to reserve the remaining seats for students and alumni of the university. We will keep the community updated on future events run by the OpenShift team.
OpenShift is Red Hat’s open source, auto-scaling Platform as a Service (PaaS) that allows developers to focus on building their apps and leaving the stack management to the service. Launched about a year go, OpenShift’s FreeShift plan is available without charge. Red Hat recently announced the pricing tiers for more advance features of the service.
