Cloud-based HR services provider Aqayo is offering US$10M in software and services for Asian startups to hire better people.

Whether you’re running a big company or a fledgling startup, hiring the right people can make or break your efforts in growing the business. Aqayo, which supplies web-based HR and recruitment software to enterprises, is aware that startups might not necessarily have the resources nor time to compete with multinational companies when it comes to hiring top talent. With this in mind, the cloud-based HR software provider is offering Asia-based startups US$10 million value in software to hire the right people.

Aqayo director Julien Arnaud stresses the importance of hiring the right people in any enterprise and says that the company is excited to help promote regional startups and the job opportunities they have to offer. “Aqayo provides powerful tools for growing companies to find and recruit the right employees faster and more effectively.”

The Singapore-based HR solutions provider says the following for-profit startups are qualified:

• Founded in 2010 and has at least two founders/employees, or
• Founded in 2009 and has at least 10 employees.

The program will provide one-year access to the Aqayo platform, along with access to training resources focused on social recruitment best practices.

Aqayo is no stranger to social-based HR recruiting. The team supports over 10,000 users in attracting evaulating and hiring the best talent through its customizable SaaS suite of applications. The service also helps build better relationship amongst talent and employers, as well as stronger employer branding.

The HR solutions provider’s list of clients includes Kraft Foods and Danone Indonesia, and spans both high-profile businesses and startups. In recent news, the company is in talks to fund development of a fully-mobile HR recruiting platform, which is very timely, given the benefits of a connected workforce in productivity and the bottomline.
