
TH Schee is recognized in the web industry as one of the figures having pioneered several canonical community projects, which spawned dozens of web startups between 2002~2006 and election campaigns using web technologies in Taiwan.
His contribution including direct works within vertical domains like Academia Sinica (Research), Yam Digital Technologies (Web), MiTAC International (GPS), Sanlih E-Television (TV) and JUT Living Development Group (Construction).
He later co-founded Association of Digital Cultures, Taiwan (ADCT), which received recognition official appraisal from the government for it's benevolence on mobilizing digital communities during Typhoon Morakot. ADCT was also the local host of Wikimania 2007 in Taipei, and subsequent projects including "Puncar", was awarded Honorary Mention in Digital Communities from PRIX ARS Electronica 2010 (Austria). He also co-founded MobileMonday Taipei Chapter and Punch Party, the later being an event conceived as a venue through which young web enthusiasts, designers, engineers, indie music performers and entrepreneurs could meet, exchange, and network.
Currently he works on ICT projects that power #opendata and #opengov in APAC and serves as one of the major consultants to groups ranging from privates to government institutions.
While not in work mode, he bikes around the world.
