Pecha Kucha (Japanese for chit-chat) uses a unique 20×20 presentation and discussion format. Speakers use only 20 images and have only 20 seconds per image – six minutes 40 seconds in total, keeping things lively.
Speakers include: Jason Pomeroy, an award-winning architect, master planner and academic at the forefront of the sustainable built environment agenda, speaking on spatial sustainability; photographer Aik Beng Chia on mobile photography; Silicon Valley entrepreneur Yvan Castilloux on start-ups; and Jeffrey Koh on robotics and humanity. Other speakers include Cherie Ko (Pastelpower), Benjamin Loh, Kelley Cheng, Nina-Noelle Hall, and Leslie Ng.
Admission: S$ 12 (inclusive of a standard drink)

About Pecha Kucha
Pecha Kucha Night was devised in February 2003 by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham of Tokyo’s Klein-Dytham Architecture (KDa) and quickly spread around the world. As of June 2012, PechaKucha Nights were being held in 534 cities worldwide.
The Singapore chapter of Pecha Kucha Night aims to grow the community through inspirational talks from leaders and innovators from various industries. Speakers come from diverse backgrounds, including local businesses, entrepreneurs, photographers, designers, writers, idea innovators, comedians, musicians and scientists. Pecha Kucha Night Singapore presents a cross section of Singapore, showing how remarkable this country and its people are, and introducing audiences to new ideas and happenings that might otherwise remain hidden
