Over 9 years experienced, Thang is engaging and consulting actors in several industries, including start-up mentoring. With high communication and leadership skills, he is also leading young Vietnamese communities from various backgrounds: Education, IT, Innovation, Business & Marketing.

One of his ventures started in 2016 with Lead The Change (formerly UEH Connected), a global community for the youth and startups which empowers young people stepping into the world with essential entrepreneurship training, mentorship and networks.

While developing a lucrative career in finance, Thang decided to start a new business venture named VICGO, becoming the CEO of a strategic, content marketing and training consulting company for corporates & government.. Amongst his full experience, Thang is also Co-Founder of Innovation Lab – an innovative collaboration platform where all stakeholders in one innovation ecosystem meet, collaborate and succeed together; Founding Fellow at AETDEW - The Academy of Engineering and Technology for the Developing World in Malaysia; Former Co-founder of the Fablab Saigon - the first fablab and maker space in Ho Chi Minh City; International Adviser at Orphan's Futures Alliance (ORFA) - a charitable organization providing orphans in Southeast Asia with access to education within their communities; and an Industry Mentor for International MBA program of University of Economics & Finance and Bangkok University, Mentor at Start-Up Chile and also Lecturer at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city

He receives the Edutech Leadership award 2017 at Global Edutech Congress and Award 2017 at Mumbai, India thanks to his contribution to education and technology.
