Has graduated from respectable universities in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 2 years experience with VoIP communications, preferably Asterisk Mastered troubleshooting and VoIP setup Solid understanding of system development by implementing and maintaining call center application Strong knowledge of telephony concepts Prior knowledge and experience with Linux system Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
