Creatella is an ambitious and enthusiastic Venture Builder, empowering visionary entrepreneurs and tech talents to build the best startups in FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech etc, around the globe, with the vision of disrupting industries for a better world. Creatella was born in Singapore, with European and Japanese roots and comprises a highly diverse team spanning 20 countries.

Starting at the earliest stage up to series A, Creatella is revolutionizing the approach to developing ambitious startups by making tech development a centralized force, building synergies between each startup through knowledge transfer, and ensuring long term value creation and alignment with business needs. After successfully growing in Singapore and France, we look for an ambitious Co-Founder to expand the Venture Builder in the USA and bring us to greater heights.

The Role

You will work closely with our Founder, Guillaume (serial entrepreneur with 10y tech background, INSEAD MBA) on expanding Creatella to the USA, leveraging your network to nurture partnerships, build a strong local customers base and assess opportunities, while adapting the strategy to the local market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

■ Define the strategy for Creatella’s expansion to the USA and lead its implementation

■ Leverage your network to build strong customers relations and obtain large contracts from early stage entrepreneurs up to mid-size corporations

■ Be responsible for the P/L of the local entity

■ Develop and bring the model of the venture builder from Asia to the USA

■ Build long term partnerships with key players in different industries related to tech

■ Know when to pivot fast or when to persevere, and be ambitious to reach our vision

■ Lead the fundraising efforts for in-house Creatella startups

■ Become the image of the Venture Builder, join PR efforts

■ Advise entrepreneurs among Creatella’s portfolio and inspire them


YOUR SKILLS

■ Extensive experience in a fast growing startup as a cofounder

■ Strategic thinking to successfully implement a clear vision

■ Execution excellence: hands-on management and leading by example

■ Background in business development, sales and/or marketing with strong negotiation skills

■ Excellent people skills, inspirational and confident in being the image of the company

■ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
