To support our growth, we are looking to hire a Business Development Associate for our growth team.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for someone that will recruit, develop and manage strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines to ensure the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of partners. They will work towards mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partnership. You will be responsible for evangelizing DREA's advertising solutions and developing deep relationships with them.

This ia full time role based out of our KL office (although regular travel to Singapore and in the region may be required). Working with middle management, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing across various dimensions of a zero-to-one startup environment.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to these):

Manage key partnerships(other startups, SMB owners, tech partners), develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow their contribution to overall objectives

Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate deals that contribute to defined metrics

Coordinate and manage freelancers regionally

Implement new partners and optimize to achieve target results and track KPIs

Liaise with various teams to inform product development with partner requirements

Good to Have

Fluency in multiple languages apart from English

Background in business development or account management, with previous experience in partnerships, marketing or content syndication

What you will need

Individuals who are problem solvers and have the willingness and desire to achieve challenging outcomes under tight timelines.

Candidates should ideally have between 1 – 2 years of work experience in a reputable company
