To support our growth, we are looking to hire a Junior Digital Account Manager.

Who are we looking for

The Junior Digital Account Manager will be directly responsible in maintaining long-term relationship with our key clients both in Singapore and the region – through consultation, education, and support with the aim of maximising sales revenue and upholding high standards of customer service. Success in this position requires great consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. Also, the account manager needs to be well-versed in digital marketing solutions (Google and Facebook) in order to set-up, monitor, optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Drive revenue growth for the company through pitching, account and project management/delivery

Set-up, monitor, assess campaign optimization for various digital campaigns (Google and Facebook) using our internal dashboards and proprietary tools

Optimize pricing and campaign strategy to scale lead generation & acquisition capabilities for clients

Deliver winning pitch decks and well-compiled post-campaign reports on a regular basis

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Identify and recommend growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute

Work closely with design team to deliver campaign creatives and other related assets

Manage key clients and exceed their expectations in performance and service

What You Need To Have

0-3 years of work experience in client servicing/client facing roles, ideally in account management, media agency, digital marketing firms or SAAS firms.

Understanding of digital marketing, the marketing funnel, and content marketing

Enjoy being in client servicing roles and supporting clients

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong academic results

Experience in building relationships at various levels, along with superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others

Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships within internal teams

Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for clients/partners

Experience managing external/internal stakeholders

Excellent negotiation skills and strong customer focus

Ability to pick things up quickly

The following will also be necessary

Excellent communication skills

Analytical, listening, and inquiry skills

Able to diagnose issues and come up with solutions

Project management experience

Creativity

Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance or internship experience are also welcome to apply.
