About the Role

Responsibilities

Client Facing / Business

Administer all issues for client businesses and operating data and administer all processes.

Design strategies for performing business analysis and associate initiatives for increase in profits.

Develop business dashboard on monthly basis and prepare reports for management.

Manage and respond all clients all ad hoc requests.

Finance / Reporting

Determine appropriate operating and financial targets according to strategic plans.

Ensure appropriate preparation of all financial reports for management.

Administer all reports and ensure accuracy in same.

Coordinate with various departments and design strategies for all business operation projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in customer service function, experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

Cheerful, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment

Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills

Extremely detail oriented

Excellent at prioritizing and executing quickly on high-priority projects

Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin

Customer-oriented with pleasant manner and patient for dealing with kids

Have a deep understanding of the First Code community and a passion for the mission of First Code Academy.

Immediate available is highly preferred
