Job Description

We’re looking for a proven executioner with a track record of getting things done. The ideal candidate is energetic, focused and eager to work in high-stake situations. You have to be good with people and diligent when it comes to strategising.

This is a general business-side role with tons of room to grow as the company grows. If you’d like to be part of a small team that’s about to take-off, then this the place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategy to acquire Service Professionals for our platform
  • Develop training and onboarding programs of Service Professionals
  • Design, implement and manage business projects at scale
  • Prototype growth strategies fast
  • Provide valuable product feedback during development meetings
  • Create documentation and proposals for government grants

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Operations greatly preferred
  • At least 1 year of training/mentoring experience preferred
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Personable and friendly
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers and Service Professionals
