Job Description

Our company is growing fast and we need an Operations Specialist to fine-tune our SOPs, customer service, customer outreach/engagement programs and represent the voice of the customer during product meetings.

If you're someone who is passionate about Business Operations and you'd like to be part of a small team that's about to take-off, then this is the place for you. 


  • Create and improve SOPs, process flows and policies
  • Customer care – respond to customer enquiries, after-sales support and case management
  • Manage daily operations of Service Professionals using our platform
  • Train and manage a team of customer care executives
  • Provide valuable product feedback from customers


  • 3+ years of experience in Operations minimum
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Service
  • At least 1 year of training/mentoring experience preferred
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Personable and friendly
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers
  • Written English must be a 10/10
