RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with partners in Malaysia,Singapore and Thailand
  • Acquiring new merchants to feature their products and promotions on the iPrice platform
  • Drive and upscale sales targets for your designated portfolio of accounts
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Guide new merchants through the onboarding process
  • Work closely with content creators, designers as well as tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding process and consistent level of professionalism
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations at any time
  • Prepare reports on account status


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience with account management, sales or relevant role, ideally in e-commerce industry
  • Positive, go-to attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Self-driven personality with active listening skills
  • Strong command in communications and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • High passion for sales, ability to build relationships with clients on daily basis
  • High proficiency in English

  • Good level of ownership and thinking on behalf of the company
  • Strong drive to find, analyze and solve problems
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work beyond defined ‘Job description’ to learn and grow along with our company’s growth
