-Communicating with our users to ensure they understand how to use our product and services efficiently and effectively
-Handling inbound and outbound calls
-Ensuring that all customer requests and complaints are dealt with on a day to day basis
-Responsible for basic email and other correspondences with customers
-Validate customer information, details to ensure they are accurate
-Carrying out sales calls to get service providers to join Kaodim
