Job Description

PT. Kuryotech Indonesia is looking for capable professional in marketing and business development to handle its growing IT startup beoku.com. We would like to work with candidate with a minimum 2 years experience in marketing and strategic development in eCommerce business, who loves challenges to join our team.

Job Description:

• Develop new and creative marketing strategy for e-commerce

• Lead the management of digital marketing (SEO, email, Social Media, etc.)

• Identify trends and insight, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Responsible for vendors and customers acquisition

• Responsible for achieving revenue and target

• Supervise process sales activity

• Coaching and mentoring sales team

• Conducting IT and Business trainings

• Managing the marketing events


• Have at least bachelor degree (marketing, business, management, communication)

• Have at least 2 year experiences working in related industry

• Proven to have a good knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, and Social Media)

• Have a good working ethic, loyal, persuasive, and hardworking

• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian

• Good organizational, time, and project management skills

• Have an extensive channels to the local and national businesses

• Experienced in conducting eCommerce trainings

• Understand graphic design principle and able to use image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, etc.) is preferable (not compulsory)

• Photography and video recording skill are preferable (not compulsory).
