Our flagship product, QuickDesk, is a cloud-based CRM sales engagement tool that helps sales professionals better track sales leads and activities for greater sales productivity.

Job Description

We are looking for talented UI/UX Designers to create amazing user experiences on both QuickDesk web and mobile. They should have an eye for clean and artful design and will be involved in designing new features and enhancing product experience. They will map out user journeys through QuickDesk and translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and mockups that will eventually be turned into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.


 - Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

- Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables

- Establish and promote design guidelines and site-wide style guides

- Collect product feedback from customers and conduct user interviews at times


- Proven UI experience

- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows

- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (Preferred)

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping (Preferred)
