We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing and Account Executive or Manager to join the ShareRails team, a thriving O2O platform which fundamentally changes how products are sold. At a high level, we bring stores' physical inventories into our online catalogue so that they are fully searchable, purchasable, and accessible for targeted marketing and promotional activities. ShareRails is led by ex-Googler and Harvard graduate Joseph Nejman—a proven innovator and global entrepreneur. We work in the Blueprint coworking space and are alumni of Swire Properties’ startup accelerator program. ShareRails works with leading fashion brands, such as ASOS and Marie Claire, and is currently focused on its O2O solution for malls like Pacific Place. You will meet high caliber professionals in different fields such as technology, retail, and property management; work alongside founders; participate in interesting entrepreneurial events; learn constantly and gain invaluable startup technology experience.

Position: Digital Marketing & Account Executive/Manager
Job Description: Coordinate with ShareRails Hong Kong retail clients to ensure accurate and up to date products on the ShareRails Digital Catalog platform. Manage the collection, updating and maintenance of product information feeds. Lead content curation and promotional features using products from the Digital Catalog. Help maintain Quality Assurance of Digital Catalogue content using QA review tools. You will be working directly under the guidance of Joseph Nejman, ShareRails founder.
Coordinate with retail tenants through email, phone and in person meetings.
Review, upload and manage product information feeds to the ShareRails Digital Catalog.
Curate catalog content to create product features and promotions.
Review catalog content and product feeds for Quality Assurance.
Provide feedback and ideas on user experience and shopping features.
And most importantly, being creative and giving us great ideas!
Strong interest in fashion and retail.
Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese (bilingual required).
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and think on your feet under pressing timelines.
Experience in retail, fashion, relationship management, digital marketing or related fields is desired.
Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
1-2 years of experience in a relevant field. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Digital Marketing and Account Manager role.

Exposure to some of Hong Kong and the world’s most prominent retail and mall brands.
