The Job
You will be responsible for :
  • Be in charge of developing the Company's corporate offering and team solutions 
  • Research market prospects and evaluate their commercial potential 
  • Reach out to and pitch to senior decision makers in large, international corporations 
  • Lead business meetings where you explain the concept of Platform and its benefits to corporate subscribers
  • Close corporate subscription deals in Singapore and globally 
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with the CEO to achieve corporate sales targets and business development objectives 
The Profile
  • A natural flair for clear, succinct and articulate communications 
  • A background in a sales-oriented role where you are used to handling rejection and have developed patience and resilience 
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
  • Previous experience within recruitment, solution sales, consulting, relationship management, or selling corporate services is an advantage 
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets
  • Lots of curiosity and resilience 
  • You naturally thrive in a challenging role and enjoy solving problems and coming up with new solutions 
  • A quirky, different, unique and memorable personality 
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
