Our client, a well reputed Private bank is currently hiring a Receptionist for their Singapore office.
You will be responsible for:
Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.
Answering all incoming calls and either redirect them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.
Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional or financial services industry. You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are highly service oriented and deliver work that is of a high standard.
