The company offers a tailor-made, integrated portfolio of sourcing, marketing, sales, distribution and after-sales services. It provides business partners with expertise as well as on-the-ground logistics based on a comprehensive network of unique size and depth.
Develop and maintain close professional relations with potential and existing customers to attain team service sales goals in the areas of scientific instruments, machinery and spindle repairs
Update and monitor existing installed base to offer and renew existing service contracts and follow up closely on post warranty equipment to promote new service contracts
Work closely with service and sales team members to increase business revenues
Resolve complex service-sales related problems to guarantee client satisfaction and retention
Develop and evaluate monthly service sales strategies and reports
Handle customer complaints
Identify and develop new market opportunities to increase 3rd party service revenued in accordance with the company policy

You have prior experience as a Service engineer.
You must be fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers. Fluency in English and other asian languages will be an added advantage (in order to liaise with other language speaking associates).
Meticulous and well organized
Customer oriented mindset
Possess valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage
