We want to expand our celebrity and influencer reach in USA with your help.


As Regional Manager (Los Angeles) you will focus on acquiring local influencers, artists & celebrities, connect with local influencer agencies, media houses and build fruitful relationships that result in potential partnerships. You will also connect with relevant regional manufacturers and brands.

  • Connect with artists, influencers, celebrities to expand Vybes' talent network in Indonesia

  • Engage with talent agencies, media outlets and other relevant organizations

  • Build a systematic pipeline to consistently generate new talent acquisitions

  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals (alongside our management team)

  • Manage & grow accounts related to agents, managers and their represented influencers

  • Source local products/brands suitable for social commerce

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in your region

  • Attend regional media related events


  • Be willing to be relocated and/or home-based

  • Skillful communicator both verbally and written

  • Be involved or have an established network in the regional media industry/community

  • Experience in building/owning big social media accounts is advantageous

  • Understanding of e- or social commerce is an advantage

  • Ability to network during events

  • Proven track record in media/advertising related industries
