Job Description

We are a leading influencer commerce company, helping influencers create products to sell to their fans & followers. We already have hundreds of influencers on our platform with millions of followers but we want to grow this by 10x in 2019.


Job Scope:

  • As Head of Sales you will focus on acquiring Influencers, Artists & Celebrities found on social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch or through

  • Influencer Agencies on a global scale by automating our conversion funnel.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead our team in Sales and CRM focused on developing CRM/Sales best practices (automated inbound & outbound)

  • Plan and manage the sales engagement lifecycle, optimizing the conversion funnel

  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals (alongside our Management Team)

  • Track and monitor relationships with new/existing Influencers through our CRM database

  • Support and coordinate Business Development strategies

  • Assist in the delivery of promotional campaigns to reach prospective Influencers

  • Manage Accounts related to Agents, Managers and their represented Influencers

  • Coordinate with our sourcing team to optimize database integration into the sales cycle

  • Strategize together with our growth engineering team to model sourcing and outreach engines


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing CRM/Sales tools (marketing, automation, reporting, etc.)

  • Has handled thousands of acquisitions and a sales team across multiple markets

  • Knowledge in contact segmentation, data hygiene, master data management

  • Skillful communicator both verbally and written

  • Some experience in cold calling, email marketing, pitch deck creation prefered

  • Understanding of influencer or social commerce is an advantage

  • Global exposure and statistical predictive modelling will be advantageous

  • You will be based in Singapore.
