As technology permeates all aspects of financial services, we provide niche services for market entrants in FinTech, by modernising “old world” trust and custodian concepts into the FinTech context, and to bring credibility, compliance and transaction assurance to FinTech participants.

To support the growth of our business, we are looking for a motivated and competent Client Services Accountant seeking to be part of our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the trust / fund administration service line including, but not limited to, production of investor reports, financial statements, NAV calculations, monthly reconciliations and liaising with external service providers

• Supporting client services in the development of finance operations and functions including with respect to trust and agency financial accounting and administration

• Providing Management with internal financial and management accounts for financial and risk monitoring, preparation of statutory financial statements, bank and financial accounts reconciliation

• Developing and maintaining internal financial controls and effective accounting system

• Onboarding of new clients, screening and verification of client KYC documents

• Reviewing of clients’ accounts periodically

• Assisting with FATCA / CRS reporting

• Participating effectively in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Management

Technical Requirements

• Candidates with experience in fund / trust administration software

• Strong awareness of AML / CFT regulations will have an advantage

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the finance, trust or corporate services industry

• Experienced user of World-Check

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite of products

• Competence with other business software and the ability to adapt to new technology

• Professional understanding of the corporate landscape and practices in Singapore
