Job Descriptions

To support the growth of our business, we are looking for a motivated Paralegal / Executive Office Assistant seeking to learn new skills and support the development of our new service offerings, as an integral part of our close-knit team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drafting, proofreading and revising legal documents, memoranda and contractual agreements
  • Administering document management policy and procedures
  • Researching, compiling and communicating regulatory and filing information
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
  • Arrange execution of corporate documents with operational team, external lawyers, corporate secretarial service providers to complete procedures and external filings
  • Familiar with local statutory requirements and company Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Coordinate compliance matters with Compliance Officer
  • Work closely with team members to ensure regular review and update of policy and procedures
  • To ensure regular compliance reporting occurs on time (e.g. letter of representation, compliance, bank account update etc.)
  • Responsible for all the administrative work relating to bank matters such as opening/closure of bank accounts, to setup and monitor banking mandates
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director

Technical Requirements

  • Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Law will have an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal, trust or corporate services industry
  • Advance user of Microsoft suite of products
  • Competence with other business software and the ability to adapt to new technology
  • Professional understanding of the corporate landscape and practices in Singapore
  • Corporate / commercial or contracts management experience would be a plus
