With an entrepreneurial background spanning the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle, Neal Martin Zeavy guides Zeavy Development and has acquired and developed a wide range of commercial properties in locations such as Richmond, Virginia, and Kansas City, Missouri. Neal Martin Zeavy guides an expanding portfolio of hands-on investments, including the first fast food restaurant nationwide that has obtained organic certification.
In addition to Nic’s Organic Fast Food, Mr. Zeavy oversees development of one of the country’s largest CrossFit-affiliated gyms, which is expected to open in Seattle in November 2019. His entrepreneurial activities extend to raising money as a raffle director for numerous nonprofits. Over the past dozen years, he has partnered with, among others, Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
Attending the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), in the late 1990s, Mr. Zeavy earned his BA in community studies, cum laude, and received the Community Leadership Award. As a resident advisor during his time at UCSC, he supported other students by, among other things, connecting them with resources and organized educational events.
