On December 18, 2013, 21Vianet signed the strategic cooperation agreement with IBM and introduced the high-value enterprise cloud CMS (former SCE+) to China and it has attracted near 100 enterprise customers since it launched on Sept. 23, 2014. In addition, the cooperation between 21Vianet and Unisys in March 2014 bring cloud-based ITSM Edge service management service to Chinese enterprises.
