impress.ai is a productivity tool for enterprise recruitment teams to allow them to identify great candidates faster, more accurately and without bias. It allows the enterprise recruiter to generate and train an AI-powered Virtual HR Assistant that autonomously reviews resumes, runs screening interviews, answers candidate queries and keeps them updated at scale. This saves the recruiters up to 30% of their time that they can spend on top candidates instead.
impress.ai uses machine learning to identify patterns in recruiters’ choices of their favorite candidates and uses them to pick winning profiles. It uses NLU, Dialog Management, Competency Tagging and Named Entity Extraction to develop and analyse candidate profiles via engaging interactive interviews through chatbots.
impress.ai is a brand of Ideatory Pte. Ltd. (Ideatory). Ideatory was founded in 2013 by Sudhanshu Ahuja, Amrith Dhananjayan and Vaisagh Viswanathan after they secured a start-up grant from SPRING Singapore.
From 2013 - 2016, Ideatory built an online platform to for candidate assessment for high-tech jobs using open-innovation models.
Over the years Ideatory's clients have included DBS, UBS, Citi, Singtel, Maybank, CapitaLand, KPMG, HDFC, ZS Associates. It has worked with these clients in Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Mumbai, New Delhi and New York.
In late 2016, Ideatory consolidated its activities applied its understanding of high-technology talent identification methodologies to launch impress.ai.
impress.ai has been accelerated by investments from Javelin Startup-O Victory Fund, National University of Singapore (NUS Enterprise) and Zeroth.ai. It has recently been selected to be a part of Singapore's delegation to TiEcon 2017 in Silicon Valley.
