Brand24 LogoAnother social media monitoring player sees a huge potential in the promising growth in Indonesia’s social media sphere, with Poland’s Brand24 expanding into the local market.

Tagged as a social CRM and social media monitoring platform, Brand24 allows users to track internet buzz from blogs, Facebook, message boards, Twitter and YouTube as well as local leading community portal Kaskus.Founded in April 2011 by Mike Sadowski and Charles Wnukiewicz, the company is headquartered in Wroclaw and has attained its popularity in Central Europe and managed Panasonic, AirFrance and Intel among other key clients.

Like any other similar tool, brand (product, keyword, competitor) monitoring, sales support, marketing promotion and PR campaign performance, notification email, online discussion, influencer and sentiment analysis are offered as its features.

The UI is designed as simple as it could be, and an e-consultant — part of technical support team — will be there to assist users with one’s first project and make sure the result is accurate. The subscription model is pay-as-you-go, and users can cancel the subscription at any time. Brand24 supports international credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, DinersClub International and JCB.
