Organisational climate refers to the recurring behavioural patterns, attitudes and feelings that characterise the workplace life. Communication patterns, leadership behaviour and organisational structure determine the "climate" of an organisation and with it, employee engagement levels. Although it is often seen as a key driver of a more successful and sustainable organisation, the term itself is vague and hard-to-measure which is why managers do not always give it the necessary attention. An innovative climate challenges people to take risks within a safe environment. In this session, we will explore the tool that help lay out a pathway towards greater innovation and the way forward in terms of climate change.
