Who are we looking for?

DREA is looking for a talented digital marketer (performance marketer or campaign optimizer) to join our team to drive campaigns and measure the impact across various social media platforms. A cool, sharp, witty and talented person who is interested in digital marketing, obsessed with optimization, love numbers and tech startups in general. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter - doesn’t always need to be told what to do, and can balance time and manage themselves. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, be problem-solvers and is a multi-tasker.

What you will be doing

This role is less about content creation than campaign optimization.

Set up, manage and optimize Search Marketing Campaigns such as Google Search Campaigns

Set up, manage and optimize Social Media Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin and other platforms

Manage bidding and budget strategies on the mentioned platforms

Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

Fix any errors and bugs in the performance of our ads or landing page (including the implementation of pixels and tags)

Perform keyword analysis to find opportunities and better performing keywords

Provide regular internal analytics report on campaign performance (indicators) and able to provide insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner

Work with our Graphic and Brand Designers to run paid ads such as banner ads or eDMs so as to help our sales or branding initiatives

Track and optimize the performance of our campaigns including engagement rates for each campaign

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (including identification of new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies) adhering to best practice guidelines

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests including A/B and multi-variate Testings and dynamic ads optimization

What you will need

At least a diploma in a marketing or related field such as analytics, communication and statistics or sciences.

2-3 Years experience in marketing, PPC, SEO and social media especially in optimization of campaigns in a full-time role

Management of digital media budgets over $5,000 and above consistently in a month

Deep Knowledge of campaign setup, ad creation for FB and Google including keyword research, google analytics

Highly adept and familiar in setting up and optimising Google Adwords, Facebook campaigns on FB Ads Manager (not just boosting of FB posts)

Day-to-Day use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards

Kept abreast of the latest developments in ad-tech and updates of Google, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin or other innovative ad-tech platforms

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visualization of Data

Must be innovative and not afraid to suggest ideas, solid excel and communication skills, and great attention to detail

Preferably Google Adwords, Analytics certified, other Google certification are pluses

Experience or good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects will be a plus

Experience or good knowledge of Canva, Magisto or other creative creation tools will be a plus
