Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content
• Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with social media strategies
• Develop creative content to foster the discovery of our products and brands
• Measures and monitor reports and dashboards to maximize the social experience for customers and followers

2. Social Media
• Demonstrate proficiency in Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and other social media channels
• Serves as the online gatekeeper of our brand reputation
• Increase the number of social media audiences and reach 
• Manage, measure, and report on campaigns and engagement across social platforms

3. User Engagement
• Collaborate closely with Support teams to deliver a delightful consumer experience
• Collect consumer feedback to enhance digital strategies


Requirements

1. Competencies
• A finely tuned artistic eye and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an environment of constant and rapid change
• Energetic self-starter


2. Qualifications
• University degree in Business, Communications, Journalism or equivalent
• Good knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry benchmarks
• Understanding Social media analytics tools will be a plus 
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.


3. The job position is located in Taiwan. Applicants must be willing to relocate. Applicants must hold a valid entry visa to Taiwan.
