As chief financial officer (CFO) of Tom Wolf Co., Kevin Scott Woolf oversees the funding and purchase of commercial real estate properties. In 2017, the company announced that it was beginning development of The Taylor Hotel, a high-end boutique Marriott hotel in downtown Winter Haven, Florida. Kevin Scott Woolf and his business partner Jeff Donalson have been working with another local company, CNP Agency, to brand the hotel as a modern luxury experience that embraces the area's history. Mr. Woolf has also collaborated with Mr. Donalson to purchase and develop several local restaurants including Tsunami Sushi and the City Pizza Company. The latter is scheduled to add two new locations in the spring of 2019. Meanwhile, the company is studying the feasibility of purchasing a chain of fitness centers. In June 2018, Mr. Woolf took on the additional role of CFO for Taylor Capital Holdings, an investment group that seeks to buy and manage companies that create free cash flow. He continues to lead the firm's purchasing activity and manage its portfolio.
