UP Singapore is organising the Smart Port Hackathon from 18 to 20 July in partnership with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore!

Located strategically in the heart of Southeast Asia, Singapore is a choice port-of-call for ships from all over the world; making it one of the busiest in the world. To maintain its position as a premier global hub port, Singapore will need to look at building a port that incorporates state-of-the-art technologies.

Join us in creating solutions that make the Port of Singapore more productive, efficient and sustainable!

The hackathon begins with idea pitching and team formation on Friday (18 Jul). Teams work on their prototypes throughout Saturday (19 Jul) and Sunday (20 Jul) until final presentations on Sunday afternoon. Winning teams can win up to $5,000 cash!

Prior to the hackathon, we’re also organising two workshops, designed to give you a better understanding of the maritime industry and the challenges it faces. Attendance is highly encouraged.
