Investors and startups will love this infographic created by the newly launched Thai Ecommerce Association, a group made up of seasoned e-commerce entrepreneurs.

It gives a good overview of the services available in the Thai e-commerce scene, like ad retargeting, classified listing, search marketing and price comparison marketing, and the sort of players in it.

For example, it has listed six price comparison services like Priceza, Comparison, Checkraka, Yopi, Checkprice and Zizzee. These are all main players in Thailand’s price comparison market.

According to Thanawat “Wai” Malabuppha, CEO and Co-founder, Priceza, the infographic is meant to be a “centralised blueprint for reference” for both local and foreign companies to have a good idea of Thailand’s e-commerce landscape.

The Association, he added, has been created to unite Thailand’s e-commerce entrepreneurs, promote collaboration, support the advancement of technology in the sector, and give e-commerce entrepreneurs a further boost in the global market.

At the moment, the committee consists of 11 official members including Pawoot Pongvitayapanu, Managing Director and Founder, TARAD Rakuten; Parin Songpracha, Director, DHL eCommerce; Somwang Luangphaibooonsri, General Manager, Paysbuy; Somkiat Chaisuparakul, CEO, Thaishope; Vichai Suknaibaiboon, Director of Sales and Marketing, Pantavanij; and Malabuppha.
