Jaspar is a renowned international authority & keynote speaker in the field of innovation and trends. Currently, he is co-founder and partner at XL family (www.xlfamily.com), an international incubator and accelerator with stakes in many different initiatives, from impact startups to new innovation tooling (including initiatives like www.chiefhumorofficer.com and www.ventur.es). XL Family has around 90 employees in locations like the Netherlands, Romania and USA. Prior to XL family, Jaspar has been the Chief Inspiration Officer for ABN AMRO Bank for many years. Managing the innovation and venturing lab Dialogues Incubator, Jaspar is one of the pioneers in themes as corporate innovation, human driven cultures, wearable technology and crowdfunding. Next to entrepreneurship, he is an avid writer on disruption and transformation, amongst others as columnist of the Dutch Financial Times. He is also advisory board member of several institutions like hospital incubator, large energy company & one of the largest Dutch not for profit foundations. He is also an expert innovation member of the OISP group for the European Commission.
