Libby is an occupier advisor acting on behalf of tenants to develop and implement real estate strategies to suit their business needs. Libby is based in London and acts for Pepper Property’s EMEA clients in a range of services including leasing transactions and providing strategic advice on portfolio cost management initiatives. Libby’s primary role is as a strategic advisor in developing real estate plans to align with business plans. She has undertaken strategic reviews for a variety of tenants including insurance groups, accounting and legal firms, manufacturing and auto industries. This advice is the core service offering that Pepper Property provides, separating the group from standard brokerage or leasing transaction management. Libby undertakes ongoing portfolio advice and strategies for global medium to large occupiers. This account management focuses on big picture strategies and critical event planning, occupancy cost management and benchmarking and co-ordination of best in class third party advice. Prior to moving to London, Libby worked as a transaction manager on significant tenant lease negotiations across Australia. She has executed over 1 million square feet of leases acting for and on behalf of tenants. In these transactions she has worked closely with large professional services firms, particularly accounting and legal groups, and has developed a strong knowledge of the challenges facing tenants in securing premises to align with business objectives.
