With 4 years of experience in the service industry, I am passionate about service innovation and designing good customer experiences in the retail and travel industries. Despite the flux in digital tools and tech solutions, I believe the key success factor for B2C businesses boils down to having a data-driven understanding of user experience and needs. I have worked with organisations to drive service innovation, and ultimately business growth, through business model transformation (e.g. offline to omni-channel and B2B to B2C), strategic partnerships (e.g. public-private collaborations) and tech adoption. I derive a sense of accomplishment from executing projects with innovative solutions and creative collaborations.
Outside work, I am also an avid traveler, hiker and diver. Apart from living and traveling in Japan for three years, my travels have also taken me to some of the most exotic and beautiful places in the world, including India, Laos, Mexico and Tanzania.
